Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel great about your Fambeats purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to request a return, you must contact us first for approval before sending any item back.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

• The item must be in its original packaging

To start a return, please email us at contact@fambeats.com and include your order number and reason for return.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Book Donations

All book donation purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
