Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Fambeats is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fambeats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
